Lieutenant Noah Spitler

Second Lieutenant Noah Michael Spitler is an Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) Admissions Liaison in the Gold Bar Recruiter program for the Midwest Region. He is based at Detachment 195, AFROTC, Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, IL.

Lieutenant Spitler attended Initial Flight Screening in February and will attend Euro-Nato Joint Jet Pilot Training (ENJJPT) at Sheppard AFB, in Wichita Falls, TX in May. Currently, his primary duties are to visit with high schools students to inform them of the scholarships available to them through the AFROTC program, work with them to get the applications completed, and assist prospective cadets with any questions.

Lieutenant Spitler is a 2006 graduate of Donovan Sr High School in Donovan, IL. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering in 2011 from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Lieutenant Spitler was commissioned as a second lieutenant through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corp on 15 May 2011.
