Join AFROTC Det 195
Joining AFROTC at Det 195 is easy. Simply download the following application forms and submit via fax or mail.

AFROTC Form 20 - Application for AFROTC Membership
AF Form 2030 - USAF Drug Abuse and Alcohol Abuse Certificate
AFROTC Form 35 - Certification of Involvements with Civil, Military or School Authorties/Law Enforcement Officials
Submitting the forms does not commit you to the Air Force or Air Force ROTC. The forms serve as official application to our program. You have no obligation with the Air Force unless you accept an Air Force ROTC scholarship offer, or after completion of field training, normally the summer after your sophomore year of college. If you have any questions regarding the forms, please direct them to admissions@afrotc.iit.edu.
